NewlyWife is a faith-based community created for Engaged and newly married women to gather together to fellowship, network, find support and to share their experiences. Being married is such a beautiful thing, but we also know it is not always an easy ride so if you are in need of sisterhood, support, and fellowship you are in the right place! By joining this community, it will allow you to build your network of sisters.

NW is a community built for women who are newly married created by Anna Turner. This community was created out of a need for sisterhood. After tying the knot, Anna soon found some loose ends in her friendships. She decided to keep open communication with each of them as they all got married back to back. After talking to them, Anna always realized that as New Wives, they were ALL experiencing the same things. It felt good to connect, we had a chance to TALK THINGS OUT and with a sister. Anna knew then that there was a huge need for a community to be created for Sisters, New Wives to have open and honest conversations about life, love, and marriage. Also, to receive mentorship as receiving wisdom from seasoned wives would be beneficial to a new wife and her overall development.

NewlyWife was founded April 2017, and by that time I had been married for only 6 months. I was a super New Wife! I began working on NewlyWife because I needed NewlyWife, as a new wife there was so much I didn't know and there weren't that many people to talk to. I have a mentor, and a mother but I was looking for community. I am an advocate for mentorship and I love my mentor and my mommy but it was only so far they could take me at that moment. In order for me to be truly whole, I needed levels of relationships! My mentor and my mother are not my peers, I needed sisters!

One of the things I kept hearing while talking to my other newly married friends was that we were all going through the same kind of situations. I didn't think this was a coincidence and that is why I designed and created this page from scratch, with YOU in mind.

Fortunately for Anna, she had someone to talk to at that time, but if you aren't as fortunate (right now) you are able to be in great company by joining this community. Together, we will learn about maintaining healthy relationships, maintaining a healthy thought life and maintaining a healthy lifestyle just to name a few things.
